‘Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.’ PSALMS 100:1-2
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ (Ephesians 1:3).

Joy and gratitude are linked. Researcher Brené Brown found, without exception, that every person she interviewed who described living a joyful life pracised gratitude and attributed their joyfulness to a habit of thankfulness.
