Many organisations have unwritten “rules” of “how things are done”, which can be a barrier to new people being able to take a full and active part in the organisation. From time to time the church members agree documents which seem to be an accurate description of how we are currently operate. These are not constitutional documents, but rather descriptions and aide-memoires.
