(2018-2019) Through the FareShare we received food from local supermarkets which would otherwise go to waste and used it in some of our community groups. Some food was available, free of charge, at the end of some of our Sunday morning gathered worship around Noon.
This stopped due to the mismatch between what was available and what was required.
Food for Thought Cafe
Monthly food for used to take place approximately monthly 2018-2020. In addition to free tea and coffee, food for thought was provided by one or more speakers on a different subject each month
Evangelical Book Discussion Group
The Evangelical Book Discussion Group took place 2020-2022 monthly to discuss classic books about biblical faith both ancient and modern over zoom
Refugees' Aid Bank
Cherry Hinton Baptist Church will be open again fortnightly, on alternate Thursdays, noon-2pm for refugees who live in Cambridge to collect items freely from December 7th 2023. Please do not turn up on other days to collect items. We are open to recieve donations at the other listed times.
