Many of us have busy lives and only meet together for our Sunday morning service. We may share briefly with each other over coffee afterwards but that may not result in the satisfying relationships which we all need and which the bible describes as “the fellowship of believers”. A weekend away offers the space and time and opportunity to get to know each other better, build unity and begin to establish these closer bonds.
