Isaiah 10v5-13

Heavenly Father
Give us grace to not give in to the temptation of wanting to destroy and
Give us grace to look beyond our own strength and our own wisdom, so that we Hallow your name, not ours; and seek your Kingdom and Your will, not ours.  

⁵ Alas Assyrian, the rod of my anger and indignation!  ⁶ I will send him to plunder a profane nation who anger me
 ⁷ However he doesn’t mean so, neither does his heart think so; but it is in his heart to destroy. 
¹² Therefore it will happen that, when the Lord has performed his whole work on Jerusalem, I will punish the proud heart of the king of Assyria
 ¹³ For he has said, “By the strength of my hand I have done it, and by my wisdom”
